Stayed over the weekend, first time visiter to the the area an hotel. The room was well sized, beautiful and spotless, bed was good size an very comfy. Bathroom was spacious also very clean. The staff were fantastic, very welcoming, pleasant and helped with directional advice when inquired. Didn’t get to eat unfortunately but wish we had, as the carvery looked an smelled AMAZING! All in all i would say 100% will be returning, if only for the day to have a meal. 5/5

Stayed here for 1 night as we where going to see john bishop. First rate excellent service in the hotel and pub excellent carvery we would definitely stay again.
The room was very clean and the bed so comfortable, best sleep had in ages.

Great stay. Room spotless, lovely and quiet.and perfectly situated at the far end of the corridor so no passers-by on the way to their rooms. Buses close by for both Manchester and Oldham and even Shaw, which is where we spent a lot of time with family.

Absolutely amazing choice of stay, it was a bit far out from town but we needed the location for Heaton Park and it was the best choice! The room was clean and spacious, the bed was very comfortable, you had various amenities in the room. The fact that the pub was literally next door was so good, we often had evening meals and drinks without having to leave the premises! Definitely recommend, the rooms, staff, and pub were stunning! ❤️

Upon arrival, the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean, tidy, and the bed was very comfortable. Evening meal was excellent and breakfast very good, plenty of choice. Would recommend this hotel to anyone, and it gives better value than some of the bigger names around
